• I hope you enjoy your pieces, but if you do need to return an item then please use the return portal here.
  • Enter the same email address used to place the order
  • Check your inbox, Shopify will send a 6 digit code as a password
  • Once you enter the code, you can select the items you want to return
  • Please then wait for approval before sending the items back.

Please note:

• Return shipping is not covered. Please use your chosen courier with a recorded/trackable service. Brbra will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by the return of the goods
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in its original condition. Items must not have make up stains, marks, pulls or rips.
• Shipping charges are not refunded
