Refusing to pay these fees will result in the parcel being returned, and any associated shipping costs—both initial and return—will be deducted from any potential refund. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

RETURNS

• I hope you enjoy your pieces, but if you do need to return an item then please contact me to begin the process via the contact page 
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in its original condition. Items must not have make up stains, marks, pulls or rips.
• Shipping charges are not refunded
• Please kindly add a note with your return including your order number/name
• When returning items, please ensure all returns are sent via a recorded/trackable service. BRBRA will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by the return of the goods

REFUNDS

Your return will be processed ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and up to 7 days for the funds to be in your bank. Thank you for your patience.
